On her collaboration with Adidas, Stella McCartney atests, "I really wanted to change what I saw out there. Sports clothing for women was such an ill addressed subject. The colours were very basic and hardly any variation in design... I saw that as a real opportunity to put that right, by offering women something they could work out in and still feel good about the way they look. There is a real validity to making good-looking sportswear clothes for women. In this day and age, we should not have to compromise style for performance."

offering our victoria ladies an alternative to the standard activewear styles, colours & brands, adidas by stella mccartney debuted at still life this time last spring to a tremendous response. designed as a complement to stella mccartney's fashion collections aesthetically, this is first and foremost a sports performance line with a technical aspect in every garment - designed using elements from her own fashion collections, like the colour palettes and attention to detail which is not normally seen in sportswear.

we've just received our strongest collection of adidas by stella mccartney yet - with styles from her running, cycling, yoga, gym studio, swimwear & weekender divisions of the brand. this is a hot delivery for spring that we're all excited to see outfitting our strong women of victoria whether they're at bootcamps or running clinics, yoga studios or just working out at the gym.

pulling from stella's wintersport selection, we've got a variety of knit accessories to keep you cozy: ski socks, toques & scarves all in matching chunky heather/marled grey accessorize well with the rest of the brand. colourful long sleeve heavy graphic tees slip under the amazing fleece graphic ski jacket giving you a burst of colour amongst these muggy grey victoria days.

we first introduced adidas by stella mccartney to still life boutique for spring 2010 and were elated to see the response from victorians to the modern fashionable activewear brand. fusing fashion and sport to give the modern, active woman a well-styled option when exercising, the brand fit beautifully in amongst our other fashion options.

we saw the biggest response to the pieces from adidas by stella mccartney's running, gym studio & yoga collections and have moved forward with more of these options for fall 2010. currently in stock we have some amazing 3/4 running tights, incredible comfortemp performance jackets, tanks and tops for yoga or the gym and women's accessories.
